That site has no mention of copyright.. Is it really all just free to download?
It would appear so, in that he puts up his mixes for free, runs the tracker and has had a couple of thousand completed downloads per CD.
Not sure if he's got permission to mix the tracks he uses and publish them, but that's his issue to sort out, isn't it?
